Haven't been stretching? Are you feeling stiff and too tired or busy for yoga or stretching? Just relax and let us do the stretching for you. Thai massage uses stretching and compression to help you loosen up and to get blood & energy flowing. 90 min minimum and please wear loose fitting clothing for easy mobility.

If you're an athlete, you have chronic pain, or you just slept funny and are hurting, then you'll want a deep tissue massage. Unlike Swedish, Deep Tissue is NOT a full body massage as it entails specific work on specific muscles and is more therapeutic. If you want to add some Deep Tissue work to your Swedish massage, please let us know and book at least 90 minutes.
