Please note that rates below apply to massages performed by students. Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) massages are available for an extra cost of $10/hour. Gift cards are available for purchase.

SWEDISH

Treat yourself to a relaxing massage and give your mind time to clear while your body releases tension and stress. Swedish uses long gliding strokes with light to heavy pressure to calm the nervous system and promote relaxation. Heavy pressure available upon request.
THAI

Haven't been stretching? Are you feeling stiff and too tired or busy for yoga or stretching? Just relax and let us do the stretching for you. Thai massage uses yoga-like stretching & compression to loosen you up and to get blood & energy flowing.

Please wear loose fitting clothing for easy mobility.
DEEP TISSUE
1hr/1.5hrs/2hrs $40/$60/$80
If you're an athlete, you have chronic pain, or you just slept funny and are hurting, then you'll want a deep tissue massage. Unlike Swedish, Deep Tissue is NOT a full body massage as it entails specific work on specific muscles and is more therapeutic. If you want to add some Deep Tissue work to your Swedish massage, please let us know and book at least 90 minutes.
